  • What experience do I need to become a franchise owner?

    A love of pickleball and a desire to help the sport evolve are important qualities for the right franchise owner candidate. We also look for candidates who are integrated in the local pickleball community and who have a willingness to be coached by sports facility management experts. A strong work ethic and natural talent to engage with others also make a difference. You do not need previous experience in management or operating a pickleball club facility. We are prepared to offer training, support and resources that can help you grow your sports club franchise effectively.

  • What is provided as part of the franchise program?

    Initial training for up to five individuals is included in your initial fee. This curriculum consists of 17.5 total hours of specialized education, including 5.5 hours of classroom training and 12 hours of on-the-job training. Our franchise coaches will also provide on-site opening assistance at your location for up to five days to help you and your team prepare to launch. An exclusive construction playbook and operating manual give you access to tools, resources and a network of suppliers to help you operate your business to its highest potential.

  • How long does it take to open?

    Timelines vary based on location and facility development but typically range from 18-24 months.

  • What support do franchisees receive?

    Comprehensive training, marketing assistance, and ongoing operational guidance—including site selection support and periodic quality audits—every step of the way.

  • What is the initial investment?

    Our estimated initial investment for a single unit ranges from $3,178,800 to $5,574,500, which includes a $60,000 initial franchise fee.

  • Is financing available?

    We do not offer direct or indirect financing to franchise owners, nor do we guarantee any note, lease, or obligation on your behalf.

  • Are there ongoing fees to pay?

    Franchise owners pay a weekly royalty fee of 6% based on Gross Revenue. There is also a weekly Technology Fee, currently $250, which offsets the cost of system-wide software, implementation, and maintenance.   • Are there any advertising fees?

    Franchise owners contribute 1% of Gross Revenue into a system-wide Brand Fund, which may be increased to no more than 2%. Additionally, owners must spend a minimum of $25,000 on grand opening advertising beginning at least 30 days prior to opening and continuing for 60 days after launch. For ongoing local marketing, a minimum of $2,000 per month is required for the first six months, followed by a minimum of $1,000 per month thereafter.

  • What is the term of the agreement?

    The initial term of your franchise agreement is ten years. If you remain in good standing, you may have the option to sign a successor agreement for up to two additional terms of five years each.
